Dr Alisdair MacPherson and Mrs Donna McKenzie-Skene participated in an online meeting with HM Treasury representatives to discuss proposed insolvency changes for payment and electronic money institutions. The meeting followed on from a consultation response submitted by them and Dr Burcu Yüksel Ripley, on behalf of the Centre for Commercial Law. On the basis of comments provided, changes have been made to draft regulations and there may be further related legislation.
