A series of bitesize videos exploring wellbeing skills and topics. These videos have been developed using the learning, knowledge and experience gained through various accredited courses such as Scottish Mental Health First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, as well as practical lived experience, and aims to provide basic foundational skills and knowledge around each topic.
