This training will give a better understanding of:
- The changing nature of racism
- How racial bias, prejudice and discrimination manifest themselves in the workplace
- The impact of racial and religious stereotypes
- How to find out the extent to which racial bias is a problem in your organisation
- Key steps for leaders, HR teams and Learning and Development departments to take in tackling racism and race bias.

This course will give a better understanding of:

- The basic provisions of the Equality Act 2010
- The key benefits of having an inclusive working environment

- How to put diversity and equality policy into practice.

Sexual Harassment
This training will give a better understanding of:
- The causes and dynamics of sexual harassment
- How it impacts at an individual and organisational level
- Effective intervention strategies for victims and bystanders
