Bitesize Wellbeing Video Series
A series of bitesize videos exploring wellbeing skills and topics, are now available to access, all 10-20 minutes long.
These videos have been developed using the learning, knowledge and experience gained through various accredited courses such as Scottish Mental Health First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, as well as practical lived experience, and aims to provide basic foundational skills and knowledge around each topic.
