We want our staff to have the knowledge and tools which empowers them to take proactive action to support the creation of an inclusive workplace and study environment. The following suite of essential online, interactive training and resources will enable our staff to begin, and to further, their learning, understanding, and actions in a number of areas within Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. 

The University has two compulsory Equality and Diversity eLearning courses for all  staff. These are 'Inclusion Essentials' which provides basic training on the legislative framework and its practical implications and ‘Tackling Racial Bias’. All staff are required to complete these courses within their first 3 months of employment.
