Jim Saunders (VIAS) is the Senior Lead Consultant. 

He provides leadership in key elements of the programme, including the delivery of job coaching to Interns during their placements, engaging with local employers to develop external internships/job opportunities and supporting the progression of interns into work.

Andrew Thomson (North East Scotland College) is based on campus as Tutor.

He develops and delivers a curriculum in which the students receive a recognised City and Guilds qualification.

Heather Crabb (University of Aberdeen) is the Business Liaison/Employer Partner Co-ordinator.

She is the key point of contact between the programme and the University, identifying Internship opportunities, ensuring the provision of facilities to support the programme, promoting Project SEARCH across the University and participating in the ongoing development and evaluation of the programme.
