Catriona McCarle (Inspire PTL) is based on campus to provide support to our Interns as Job Coach. She conducts job analyses, makes recommendations on appropriate adaptations/assistive technology etc. and provides ongoing training and support to the Interns.
Andrew Thomson (North East Scotland College) is based on campus as Tutor. He develops and delivers a curriculum in which the students receive a recognised City and Guilds qualification.
Heather Crabb (University of Aberdeen) is the Business Liaison/Employer Partner Co-ordinator. She is the key point of contact between the programme and the University, identifying Internship opportunities, ensuring the provision of facilities to support the programme, promoting Project SEARCH across the University and participating in the ongoing development and evaluation of the programme.
We have worked with Project SEARCH for the last couple of years now and continue to admire the good work they do. Glencraft have had the benefit of work placements, the Interns are always pleasant, hard-working and keen to learn and this is testament to the initial support they receive. I would recommend Project SEARCH to any business – the interns have so much to offer."
