Courier Services

DHL offers a fast, reliable delivery service for letters and packages. Items being sent via DHL should be received in the Mailroom by 1500 and should be accompanied by a Request for Courier Service form. 

Parcel Force is available for dispatching parcels in the UK and Overseas. Please Note: the maximum weight for sending parcels is 30kg. For heavier parcels, there is a £27.50 surcharge per parcel. 

Freepost

The University holds a Freepost license and applications to use it should be made directly to the Mail Room on mailroom@abdn.ac.uk or on x3841. The process of using Freepost can be found here.

Bulk Mailings

The Mail Room requires advance notice of bulk mailings. All addresses should face the same way.
