REF Strategy Group Remit
To oversee all strategic aspects of the Institution’s preparations and submissions to the Research
Excellence Framework, including
- To advise on the development of strategy for the University’s submission to REF2028 and overseeing the delivery of the best institutional outcomes
- To advise on, and recommend, a submission structure that optimises outcomes for the University of Aberdeen
- To co-ordinate and recommend institutional responses to the consultation exercises related to REF2028
- To make recommendations on maximising outcomes for all elements of assessment, monitoring progress in the development of outputs, impact and environment submissions
