We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming iNUTRI 2025 event on Interdisciplinary Nutrition, to be held at the Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen, on 2-3 July 2025.
iNUTRI 2025 will bring researchers from diverse disciplines to explore collaborative and transformative approaches to animal and human nutrition. The event will highlight cutting-edge work at the intersection of data science, food systems, omics, behaviour, AI, and beyond. This is an exceptional opportunity to forge new connections across fields and spearhead innovative solutions to nutritional challenges.
We are thrilled to confirm keynote talks by Prof. Pete Smith FRS, RG Prof. Mirela Delibegovic FRSE and Prof. Wendy Russell. A special session will also explore the benefits and risks of AI in nutrition, led by Prof. Georgios Leontidis, providing a platform to discuss the evolving role of technology in the field.

We welcome both in-person and remote engagement. For those unable to attend in person, we are trialling a new model to foster inclusive interdisciplinary exchange: you may submit a poster for inclusion without attending (though in-person participation is preferred). We will cover the printing costs of accepted posters. This is an excellent opportunity for early career researchers to divulge their work.
