Resistance to antimicrobial drugs, including antibiotics, is one of the greatest threats to human health today. Join us as we explain what antimicrobial resistance is and highlight research into combating bacterial defences and boosting immune responses. We will also illustrate the strategies used to treat patients infected with resistant organisms and preserve the effectiveness of antibiotics.
