New OneDrive storage limits will be introduced on Wednesday 20 May 2026 to ensure a fair and efficient use of cloud storage for all staff and students. The new limit is 100GB per user. Staff and students who are currently exceeding this limit will not have their storage limit changed immediately. They will be contacted by IT Services on an individual basis to understand their stirage needs and, where appropriate, assist with moving data towards alternative storage solutions.
