The new 5-week block of tai chi classes and short bitesize Mandarin course will both begin on 29 April.

This low impact exercies is known to promote relaxation and mindfulness as well as improve balance and increase flexibility.
The classes will take place on Wednesdays from 12.00pm - 1.00pm in MacRobert Building, MR614 and cost £20.

Beginner bitesize Mandarin
Considering learning Mandarin but not sure about taking the plunge? Why not dip your toe in with bitesize beginner Mandarin, a topic-based short course covering some of the basics of communicating in Chinese, with a focus on conversation.
The classes will take place on Wednesdays from 6.00pm - 8.00pm for 5 weeks, beginning 25 April.
