This is a past event

Hot off the back of launch of her new book - The Anti-Burnout Book - we excited to welcome Dr Emma Hepburn - The Psychology Mum, to offer us an insightful, accessible session on burnout.

Join the Women’s Development Network for this year's International Women’s Day 2026 celebration.

Using bite‑sized takeaways and visual prompts, Emma will draw on both her clinical expertise and lived experience to help you spot the early signs, understand the causes, set boundaries, and build a sustainable, values‑led approach to wellbeing.

We’ll also hear from Senior Lecturer Chris Gray, who will share how music can intentionally and/or unintentionally boost our wellbeing.

Don't forget to add your thoughts to our IWD Inspiration wall and your favourite empowering tracks to our IWD playlist! All entries will be in with the chance of winning a fitbit.

This promises to be an uplifting, interactive and practical session designed to leave you feeling more informed, more resilient, and better equipped to protect your wellbeing.

Places are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Booking closes 27 February.
