Meet our Graduate Trainee, learn about his background and what he has learned working as a neurodiverse Graduate Trainee.

This session will provide an overview of the current data and research relating to neurodiversity in the workplace and how those challenges can be overcome, including:

  • Tips about effective communication in working environments.
  • Tips on managing your time and organisation.
  • Tips on developing your self-confidence and resilience.

This event is open to all students, but if you are participating in the Pathway to Success, you will earn 5 points for attending and will develop the following skills:

  • Resilience
  • Managing and organising yourself and your time
  • Communication and networking
  • Confidence and self-awareness

This session will take place in person at the Careers and Employability Service on the 2nd floor of the Students' Union Building. You may also attend online via Blackboard collaborate. Please ensure you sign up for the correct event.
