Report Phishing or Spam messages using the Report button within Outlook. Using the report button simultaneously sends it back to Microsoft to be re-evaluated and provides our Information Security team with additional technical message information for them to triage the message.
- Outlook: Select message > click Report in the Report toolbar option > Report Phishing/Junk
- Outlook Android/iOS: long press a message > click the three dots > Report.
