The University has been made aware of scammers pretending to be legal or government trademark representatives. They claim that the student has used ‘illegal third-party assistance’ in a submission and want to resolve this or threaten to contact the academic institution.This communication may come via WhatsApp or email. If you are targeted by this scam do not engage and either:• WhatsApp: Block and report the message sender• Email: Report as phishing using the report button in Outlook
