The Scottish Government is inviting students to share their views as part of the consultation on Support for Part-Time Study and Disabled Students.
There will be two online engagement sessions to enable students to discuss the consultation questions and feed in their views. The purpose of these sessions is to gain an understanding of student views and experiences.
Please note that these two engagement sessions will involve groups of up to 12 students, with a facilitator guiding discussion. These engagement sessions will not involve 1-1 interviews with individual students.
The engagement sessions will be for up to 1 hour and will allow for discussions on the following themes:
- Support for part-time/distance learning study
- Support for disabled students
Participants’ feedback will then be considered as part of the views gathered on the consultation, which will be independently analysed. A report on the findings will be published early 2026. This will help to inform consideration of next steps to ensure that the needs of students are continued to be met at institutions across Scotland.
You would be required to attend one of the sessions listed below.
- 06 November, 2.00pm
- 11 November, 2.00pm
