Hot off the back of launch of her new book - The Anti-Burnout Book - we excited to welcome Dr Emma Hepburn - The Psychology Mum, to offer us an insightful, accessible session on burnout.

Are you using your study time as well as possible? This online session focuses on key techniques for really effective study, including tips for staying motivated and concentrated, as well as for remembering what you have learnt.

Weekly maths & stats support drop-in session: pop into room FN115 for help and advice on the maths and stats in your courses. Come in on your own or with peers, anytime between 2-4pm, and stay for as long or as little as you need.

Got a question about your writing or any aspect of study? Pop into room 506 on level 5 of Sir Duncan Rice Library (between 12:00 – 14:00 on advertised Wednesdays during term) for help and advice. Not a workshop nor a group class, this is just an opportunity for a quick one-to-one...
