PGT Refresher Series: Presenting your Dissertation/ Project Research Orally

This is a live Teams session which will provide practical advice on presenting your dissertation/ final project research orally. Some PGT students have an oral presentation component to their overall dissertation/ project. Although this session will be generic (you must take account of specific course guidelines), this session will discuss tips for an effective presentation e.g., tone, body language considerations, dealing with anxiety. It will also highlight advice around slide content and how to engage with the audience, answer questions etc.

Please note, this is a generic session which you should consider in the context of any subject-specific advice. A Teams invite will be circulated to participants in advance of the session.
