This session will outline the importance of thinking critically at doctoral level. We will discuss what it means to think critically about your PhD and consider the following:
What are my aims?
What will be my contribution to my field of research?
Why should someone in my field wish to read my thesis?
How does my research sit in comparison to the related literature on the topic?
As well as from myself, participants will hopefully learn from each other across disciplines, building up a community of learning.
