Join us at our inaugural Careers in a Day event for new graduates on Tuesday 4th July, within the Careers and Employability Service.
The final assessments are in, the graduation photos have been taken, and there have been lots of conversations about “what will you do next?” If that question is uncertain then this one day event will equip you with the tools you need to feel more confident in taking the next steps in your career.
Our day will be full of interactive activities: work with our Careers Advisers on your CV and LinkedIn profile, understand the career planning journey and what employers expect regarding workplace professionalism. We will also discuss interview styles and the questions that are commonly asked, and will encourage you in planning your next steps – relevant to you and your personal circumstances.
Please bring a laptop. Refreshment facilities are available in the Student Union Building. We will be repeating the sessions online over the following three Wednesday afternoons for those unable to attend in person.
