This workshop will feature a tour of the new exhibition about Aberdeen and slavery, alongside short talks from Richard Anderson, Lecturer in the History of Slavery at Aberdeen University, Christine Whyte, Lecturer in Global History at the University of Glasgow, and others. The workshop will be of particular interest to those teaching History in Scottish secondary schools but is open to anyone interest in the teaching of this subject. All welcome.
