Qigong sessions are run online for free every Wednesday this term - give it a go during BeWell week!
Unwind with Qigong, an ancient Chinese medicine ‘energy practice’ that combines gentle mindful movement and breathing techniques. Come along to a free 30-minute virtual session with certified instructor, Lorraine Hawick. Open to all ages and all fitness levels.
