As part of the ERC-funded project 'Past and Present Musical Encounters across the Strait of Gibraltar', we are delighted to announce the interdisciplinary conference 'Creative & Artistic Encounters in the Western Mediterranean'.
The conference will feature an exciting range of paper presentations, special panels, art/photography/music exhibits, poetry readings and workshops, and film showings from a range of disciplinary and creative perspectives (anthropology, film studies, history, international relations, literature studies, musicology, theatre studies).
The conference is free but by registration only.
