Just like our physical health, our mental health needs to be looked after and proactively supported. University life can be tough sometimes and can impact on your mental health and wellbeing. But you can make small changes that can help you to look after your mental wellbeing regularly, helping you to cope a little better with life’s ups and downs.

This year we will be joined by charities Men Who Talk & Scottish Action for Mental Health at our pop up event, see more information below and suggestions for ways you can connect with your own mental wellbeing.
