EDIC logoThe Business School prides itself as the most diverse of all Schools at the University of Aberdeen. Our faculty and students represent over 50 countries each year. And we have a campuses in Aberdeen, Qatar and China.  As a school, we are committed to renewing our approaches to engendering inclusivity in everything we do.

We have been awarded the Athena Swan Bronze and we maintain a communicating member status of UN-PRME. We also work closely with the University to meet the standards of the Race Equality Charter award.  Projects that we are involved in include HE Race Equality Charter, Decolonising the Curriculum and our students lead the 'Women in Business Network'.

Our EDIC members are involved in developing EDI through projects, accreditations and personal work in their various areas of expertise and interests. Our newsletters showcase some of these activities.  We are guided by the University’s EDI 8 commitments
