This theme examines how entrepreneurship, enterprise and innovation drive sustainable and inclusive economic development. It focuses on factors that support or hinder enterprise, such as finance, institutional support, trust networks, leadership, digital skills and policy. It includes work on inclusive entrepreneurship, SME growth, enterprise policy, economic development and inclusion, social innovation, and development programmes, with attention to how dimensions including gender, ethnicity, migration, culture, and institutions influence entrepreneurial outcomes.
