Dr Nan Liu
I joined the University of Aberdeen Business School in 2012 after the completion of my PhD. I am the programme director for the undergraduate Real Estate programmes and teach level 2 courses at undergraduate level and courses in our postgraduate programmes. My research interests are in the areas of residential properties, flexible working spaces, tokenisation in real estate, and governance of the built environment.

My research interests are in the areas of residential properties, urban studies, corporate real estate, flexible working spaces, tokenisation in real estate, and governance of the built environment. I am also interested in property related energy research, particularly in terms of willingness to pay for energy efficiency in different real estate sectors and changes in such energy usage over the time.
