The Civil Service Fast Stream is the UK government’s flagship graduate development program. It aims to equip talented graduates with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to become future leaders in the Civil Service. The program offers 17 schemes across numerous government departments and agencies , providing a fast-tracked path to leadership roles.
