The session will focus on making sure that neurodivergent, disabled students, or those with mental health conditions, are given the adjustments they need so they can receive an equal playing field in order to excel fully during the recruitment process.
The session will focus on making sure that neurodivergent, disabled students, or those with mental health conditions, are given the adjustments they need so they can receive an equal playing field in order to excel fully during the recruitment process. The session will give an overview of the Equality Act, the duty of the employer to give adjustments, and what constitutes a ‘reasonable’ adjustment. It is a safe environment to ask any questions and learn more about how Employability can help you.
