Do you suffer with low self-esteem?
Do you feel you are not good enough compared to others?
Do you feel scared to experience new things?
Does low self-esteem affect your relationships?
If you have answered 'yes' to any of these questions...
Then join us for a 2-hour workshop on low self-esteem!
We will present you with the theory of what low self-esteem means and where it stems from and how it affects various parts of your life.
It is both a psychoeducational and experiential workshop, so please do bring along your notepad and pen to help you understand and practice some of the practical tools to help you build your self-esteem.
This workshop is facilitated by experienced qualified counsellors from the University Counselling Service.
