3 COURSE CHRISTMAS LUNCH

Book your 3 course xmas lunch for £18 per person. Available in the Food Court (Student Union Building) between Monday 12th– Friday 16th December 2022, 11.30am– 2.00pm 

MENU @ £18 per head (includes Festive Soft Drink)

Starters

• Vegetable Broth served with a crusty bread roll 
• Chicken Liver Pate served with oatcakes and caramelised onion chutney 
• Classic Prawn Cocktail served with brown bread 

Mains

• Roast Turkey 
• Glazed Gammon 
• Braised Silverside of Beef

(all served with pigs in blankets, Yorkshire pudding, skirlie, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, red wine gravy and a choice of cranberry, bread & horseradish sauce).

• Spiced Root Vegetable and Almond Tart served with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, and a red wine gravy 

Dessert

• Christmas Pudding with brandy sauce 
• Gingerbread & Caramel Trifle 
• Raspberry Cheesecake served with raspberry coulis
