Biography
I have a degree in Politics and Sociology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Diploma in Translation from the Centre Universitaire Cluny (Madrid).
After completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Spanish and French in Aberdeen and a Certificate in the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language at International House (Madrid), I started teaching at Aberdeen University in 2002, having previously taught Spanish at Aberdeen College.
Internal Memberships
I coordinate the Year Abroad students on the Erasmus programme and the Residence Abroad Project, the August re-sit examinations and the following courses:
- Spanish 4 (1st semester)
- Advanced Translation Skills English into Spanish
I am an Advisor of Studies to around forty students.
