Two lecturers in the Department of Music have been honoured by their students who nominated them for the University of Aberdeen Teaching Award for Excellence.
Ms Gillian Jack and Mr Chris Gray were nominated for the award by students taking MU1055, MU1056, MU1555 and MU1556 courses for their creative, clear and encouraging teaching.
The award is now in its 7th year and one eventual winner is chosen from each College. All undergraduate students at the University are invited to nominate a member of the academic staff who influences, motivates and inspires students to learn. These nominations reflect the high standard of teachingĀ in the Department and the students appreciation for it.
Well done Gillian and Chris!
