Biography

Jemma Hudson joined the unit as a statistician in 2014. Previously, Jemma graduated in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Liverpool in 2012 and obtained an MSc in Statistics at Lancaster University in 2013. Her current role involves working on randomised control trials and evidence synthesis projects. She is also a statistical editor for the Cochrane Effective Practice and Organisation of Care group. She started her part-time PhD in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Aberdeen in January 2016. The PhD focuses on interrupted time series evaluation and in particular what design and analysis approaches are being used in the healthcare and how are they reported. She will also be looking at what methods should be used when analysing an interrupted time series.
