Biography

I am a Lecturer (Scholarship) in the Business School at the University of Aberdeen.

My role is to lead the design, development, delivery, assessment and administration of a broad range of existing and new undergraduate and taught postgraduate courses and programmes on campus, online, and overseas (Qatar). I teach semester courses (in Aberdeen) and block placement courses (in Qatar and Aberdeen). 

In the United Kingdom, I have acted as the Course Co-ordinator for Research Practice, Managing Organisations,  Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility , Dissertation- Investigating a Business from an International HR perspective and Managing HR. In addition to co-lecturing on MSc Dissertation, Consultancy and Change Management, Research and Marketing Management.

I have lectured in South Africa, Ghana, Germany, Qatar and Scotland. In South Africa, I provided leadership in ensuring that the Durban University of Technology met the accreditation criteria in its move to a fully - fledged university and started and developed the Institutional Research Ethics Committee.

In South Africa, I was appointed in a ministerial capacity for the management of Further Education Training Colleges in KwaZulu Natal and as member of the Executive Committee and Chairperson of the Academic Board was involved in the development of effective teaching practices, learning procedures and policies for a variety of disciplines, across 6 campuses.
