This MySkills resource shows you ways to develop skills to balance your responsibilities, staying focused, and meeting deadlines. It includes finding and pursuing goals and having an openness to learning. Mastering these skills enables continuous growth both personally and professionally. You can access this module, and many others via the Spectrum.Life Student Helpline App which you can download to your phone or access online.

In this course, you will discover lots of useful tips and advice from a real university lecturer on how to make the most of your time at university, what to do to set yourself up for success, and how to get a kick start on your career.
