Guest tickets for the Aberdeen graduation ceremonies will be available to purchase from 11am on Thursday 30 April 2026.
Guest ticket prices are £12.50 each and include entry to the ceremony and access to the post-ceremony reception, where celebratory drinks and light refreshments will be served. Digital tickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Graduating students do not require a ticket to attend their ceremony. However, all guests, including children 2 and over, must have a valid ticket, and those without tickets will not be admitted.
Before purchasing tickets, graduating students should check their allocated ceremony date and time.
Each graduating student may purchase up to two protected guest tickets for their ceremony. A Unique Ticket Code will be emailed in advance of tickets going on sale. This code must be entered when prompted in the booking system and should not be shared as it is unique to each student.
- Protected tickets must be purchased before Sunday 31 May 2026.
- Any unpurchased protected tickets will be released for general sale from 12 noon on Monday 1 June.
A limited number of additional guest tickets may be available for some ceremonies, depending on venue capacity. Some ceremonies may have no additional availability. Where offered, these tickets will appear under the general sale option in the online booking system and do not require a Unique Ticket Code.
Only students who are eligible to graduate and attend a ceremony may purchase tickets. Students with outstanding debt to the University will not be permitted to graduate and should ensure any balances are cleared in advance.
