The Reward Calculator provides information about the value of your employment package and includes details of your remuneration, pension, sickness & annual leaves and other benefits provided by the University. For an illustration of the typical reward and benefits package, please select a grade and salary spinal point from the drop-down lists below. You can find out the appropriate grade for advertised roles in the further particulars document, which can be found on our recruitment page.
For grades 9 Off-Scale, please click the “9 Off-Scale” box and then enter your full-time equivalent annual salary in the box to the side.
For clinical salaries, please click the “9 Off-Scale” box as per instructions above. Please note, the salaries for clinical staff might include NHS pay elements that will not be reflected in these calculations.
