The Athena SWAN Charter recognises commitment to the advancement of gender equality in academia by addressing unequal gender representation across all academic disciplines, professional and support functions. Click here for more information.This information session will cover the Charter background, the submission process, benefits it will bring to your School and the University, and Athena SWAN at the University of Aberdeen. There will also be plenty of time for questions. The event is open to all and is a great opportunity to find out more about the University’s commitment to advancing gender equality, and how you can be involved.
