This year the18th Annual AUA Lecture was given by Professor Sir Ian Diamond, FBA FRSE AcSS, Chair of the UUK Efficiency Task Group which published its updated report, Efficiency, Effectiveness and Value for money in February this year.
It took place in York on the 15th October, so, for those of you who were unable to make it, the Principal will deliver his presentation to AUA members based in Aberdeen on the 24 November at The Sir Duncan Rice Library.
The Principal will provide an insight into the efficiency agenda and review the current positions on university funding in the UK and will highlight the needs for co-regulation of efficiency reporting. It will describe some of the key areas of efficiency addressed in the 2011 and 2015 Universities UK reports.
This event is open to all University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University staff and is free to attend. No booking required.
