Food labelling and Nutritional Analyses

How can we help?

The Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health has a team of nutritionists and dietitians who can:

  • calculate the composition of your product
  • provide information on traffic lights, reference intakes, portion size labelling
  •  help guide you through the nutritional labelling legislation
  • offer guidance and advice on when a nutritional claim can be made on your product
  • analyse the calorie and nutrient content of your menus
