Biography
A Senior Clinical Lecturer, I am the Y2 GP and Community Medicine Education (GPCME) lead for the MBChB programme.
Additionally, I also have a research background, being awarded a PhD 'The role of pelvic examination in primary care in diagnosing gynaecological cancer ' following a CSO Clinical Academic Fellowship.
I am currently evaluating aspects of the Y2 GPCME curriculum with other teams within the university.

Research Overview
I am currently evaluating Y2 GPCME curriculum content and delivery.
My clinical area of interest is the earlier diagnosis of gynaecological cancers and the influence of help seeking behaviour, using the COM-B behaviour tool to facilitate behaviour change and improved patient outcomes.
Supervision
I currently supervise a number of Y5 elective blocks.

Teaching Responsibilities
I have responsibility for delivering teaching to Y2 students in the MBChB programme.
Clinically, I supervise Y4 and Y5 medical students, FY2 doctors and AHPs such as PAs and ANPs
Non-course Teaching Responsibilities
I am a regent, providing support to several undergraduate medical students.
