Visualisation with R - With a focus on next generation sequencing applications
An introduction to plots and ggplots2
With a focus upon graphical representation of data output from analysis of next generation sequencing data this workshop aims to teach skills needed for visualation using R. This will include the use of R Studio, the generation of basic plots and an introduction to ggplots2.
A workshop fee of £50 is applicable to all University of Aberdeen staff and students. Please email Sophie Shaw to enquire about course fees for external delegates.
