Biography
I am a Research Fellow (Elizabeth Russell Fellowship) based in the Health Services Research Unit. In this role I am building on the findings of my PhD to publish papers and develop a proposal for further research.
I joined the Unit in October 2019 to do my PhD which was looking at how Care Opinion and online patient feedback was used for Quality Improvement in NHS Scotland. This project involved working with Care Opinion, policy makers, NHS staff and patients and was funded by The Healthcare Improvement Studies (THIS) Institute. The PhD was supervised by Prof Louise Locock (University of Aberdeen), Dr Zoe Skea (University of Aberdeen) and Prof Marion Campbell (University of Aberdeen).
Before joining the unit, I previously worked in NHS Research and Development and Public Involvement.
