Abstracts are now being accepted for the following submission types:
- Oral Presentation - 15 minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of discussion
- Poster - Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference
- Flash Talk - Short talks selected from Accepted Posters. Short talk with questions allowed within the four minute slot allocated
All abstracts must be submitted via the conference's abstract portal.

You will need to provide a presentation title, abstract (maximum 300 words) and all author's names and affiliations. The person submitting the abstract should be person who intends to attend the conference to present.
The deadline for submissions is INSERT DATE & TIME.
All abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Advisory Board and they will make the decision on selections. All individuals who submit an abstract will contacted to confirm whether or not their abstract has been accepted and what presentation type they have been allocated to. Please note that while the organisers try to meet all submitters preferred presentation type, this is not always possible.
Please also note that you will be allocated a place in the programme depending on the theme of your presentation and this will include slots on the final day. If you intend to present, ensure that you have arrangements in place to allow you to attend the whole conference so that you can present in whatever slot you are given.
