Voices for the Kingdom - Course 2

This course provides training in how to prepare and deliver sermons, enabling people to proclaim the Word of God.

This is a six-week online course which includes course materials, six online tutorials and recorded lectures, delivered on the MyAberdeen platform.

Course Content

The course covers the following topics:

• Exegesis
• Hemeneutics
• Homeletics
• Composition and structure of sermons
• Delivery and rhetoric
• The Gospel

At the end of the course learners will submit an assessment which involves writing your own sermon and a short reflective essay discussing your experience of the course.
