• Master of Ceremonies to oversee your day, including introductions for speeches and toasts

• Glass of bubbly or Bucks Fizz for guests on arrival (or soft drink alternative)
• Glass of bubbly or Bucks Fizz for toasts/speeches (or soft drink alternative)
• Selection of 4 canapés
• Four-course wedding meal with tea, coffee, and Scottish tablet
• Choice of starter*, intermediate course, main course**, and dessert to create your set menu
• Special dietary requirements catered for on an individual basis
• Evening buffet (one selection of your choice, based on daytime guest numbers)

• Half bottle of house wine per adult guest served with the meal
