Organisation of the event

Our wedding coordinators will be on hand to support you throughout the planning stage, recording and updating your unique requirements whilst offering practical advice and ongoing guidance.

Prior to your wedding day we shall arrange for you to meet with the Events Manager who will be looking after you on your special day.

Final guest numbers, along with menu choices, drink selections, and table plans, are required no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding date.

Once final numbers have been received, the remaining balance becomes non-refundable. The final invoice will be based on these numbers, and any increases in guest numbers will be reflected in the final invoice total. All prices are based on minimum guest numbers as detailed within the package.

Guest numbers may be reduced within the fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding date; however, no refunds will be issued for any reductions.

Packages

If a full package is not utilised or changes are made to the stated items, there is no reduction in cost and no substitutions will be offered.
