The University of Aberdeen is an ancient Scottish university and is the third oldest University in Scotland and the fifth oldest university in the United Kingdom.
Established to serve the north-east of Scotland, the University is now a global presence in higher education and is ranked consistently among the world’s top universities.
Our vibrant campus in Aberdeen is a community of more than 120 nationalities and our community includes overseas campus in Qatar, an EMBA delivered in Shanghai, joint doctorates with Curtin University, Australia, and dual degrees with South China Normal University. The Business School is engaged with international partners to offer a wide range of programmes across major disciplines and enhance opportunities for research and career development. International students comprise 75% of the overall student population with 57 different nationalities currently represented within the student body. Over half of our faculty are international, from over 26 nationalities. In addition, 38% of UK born faculty have had substantial international exposure and actively maintain research links with overseas collaborators. This all leads to a truly International experience for all of our students.
